BELENOS


Belenos is an installation of colourful shapes, placed next to each other, interlocking, almost dancing together. Each element is softly lit in a random way; it is as if they are quietly breathing or whispering to each other. I am interested in the connection between meditation and gazing.

'Belenos' is the Celtic god of light, the 'Shinning God' associated with the healing power of the sun. I hope that would be the outcome: to heal with gazing.
